1. 24-hour notice is required for cancellation for all driving lessons. If a 24-hour notice is not given prior to the driving lesson, the instructor can at their discretion charge for the lessons.
2. The instructor reserves the right to refuse his/her car for a driving test, if they believe the candidate isn’t test ready.
3. This agreement and any other contractual dealings are between the customer and their driving instructor and no claim can be made against JD’s driving academy.
4. To avoid misuse of special discounts, they are at the sole discretion of JD’s Driving Academy and the Academy is not obliged to honour the discounts.
5. JD’s Driving Academy or its instructor reserves the complete right, in its absolute discretion, to modify or cancel all or any Offers at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

Pick up and drop – We provide a door to door service – When it comes to taking a driving lesson, we come to you! During your lessons we will provide you with a progress card so we can monitor your skill levels and look at where you need to improve before you are ready for the big day, the practical driving test.
We will carry our mock tests and study routes in Ashford you may take during the test to give you confidence and road knowledge during your practical driving test.
